just in case anybody's interested. and by the way, that movie rocked.... love lucy/tumnus... i am going to a bad place for this... but in my own defence, i want grownup!lucy/tumnus.... does that redeem me at all?

I've read a lot of rayne fic. It's one of my obsessions, but i've found that there's a distinct pattern going on in most of the stories that i have read...

1. River makes the first move.
2. Jayne is afraid of the airlock, but never actually gets anywhere near it (oh, there have been direct threats from Mal, or explainations why there has been a distinct lack of airlock in jayne's life...to those authors, i give a commendation)

so therefore, being me--aka, greedy, and self-important after getting only an hour's sleep in the last 24 hours--issue this challenge, which can be taken seperately, or together.

1. Jayne makes the first move.
2. Jayne encounters the airlock --and no, you don't have to actually kill him, i'll be kinda pissed if you do that, just have him on the other side of it for once.... actually i'd love to read an entire fic where jayne's on the wrong side of the airlock, and he's trying to explain his actions to mal.

I hope that somebody actually reads this... *feeling slightly less self-important now*
